Please note you have up to 14 days to inspect and return any defective items and/or any missing items. After 14 days no refunds/credits can processed. Please return defective or incorrect products in original shipping carton, with all original packaging in tact. Once items have been inspected, the refund/credit will be issued. In some cases photographic evidence of damage/defect may be required. Please note the customer is responsible for paying return shipping cost, as free shipping is provided for initial shipment by BackpacksUSA.
